UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Finally Abandoned Reservation for SC, ST & BC Candidates in Private Medical Institutions

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister seems to clean the state with his new rules and regulations. In the recent times, the CM passed a rule of banning T-shirt and jeans for the faculty in different Government colleges. The current latest news is that the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath has finally scrapped reservation for SC, ST and BC candidates in different private medical institutions. This rule will applicable to dental colleges as well.

In order to end up the caste based reservation system in different private medical colleges, the UP government has now passed this new rule. In fact, the Akhilesh Yadav Government allegedly took this decision during their Government. But now, the Yogi Adityanath-led BJP government has executed this decision. This order passed by the new Government will help other candidates at the time of seat allotment.

From now on, there will be no more quota for the candidates who belong to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC). After seating as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, the UP CM took several initiatives in order to develop the state. In a bid to abandon corruption in the state, the Government took several initiatives in just less period of time.

More Proposals for Developing Education System in UP

Apart from the state developing initiatives, the Government is now planning to bring many other proposals so as to enhance the educational system in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

  1. To introduce English Language from Nursery

The Government has passed another rule so as to enhance the educational system in the state of UP. As per the new rule, the Government will introduce English language in different Government schools right from Nursery in the state of UP. Earlier, the schools used to teach English for the students starting from 6th class which is now changed.

The CM Yogi Adityanath told a website that, “The traditional and the modern should blend. We should have an education system which promotes nationalism but is modern.”

  1. Yoga and self-defence programme in schools

In order to bring health awareness among the students, the government has issued directions to the officials to launch Yoga education programme in different Government schools. Apart from Yoga, they will also start self-defence training for all the girl students.

  1. Mandatory Foreign Language

The Yogi-led BJP government has now initiated a mandatory foreign language in the schools in the state of UP.
