Adipurush is one of the most anticipated movie of the year, which stars Prabhas and Kriti Sanon in the lead role, playing the role of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita, respectively. The movie is helmed by Om Raut and have recently released its second and final trailer. For the same, they had hosted a grand event in Tirupati. A video from the event have gone viral, wherein the director can be seen giving a kiss to Kriti as she leaves the venue. The footage has apparently stirred controversy online.

BJP state secretary Ramesh Naidu Nagothu had put out a tweet saying the people should avoid such action especially in a place as sacred as Tirupati temple. The tweet has now been deleted, but it has already gone viral on the internet, with people pouring in their reactions.
The movie is scheduled to hit the theatres on June 16, 2023. As per some reports the movie is made on whopping budget of Rs. 700 crores. However, some official sources have stated that the movie’s budget is around Rs. 500 crores.
The movie also stars Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh, who will portray the character of Ravana and Laxman, respectively. The film’s trailer received mixed reactions as many called out the poor VFX effects.
