The actress reportedly replaced all her white food items with brown food substitutes. She also signed up for a detox program wherein she prepared and followed a special diet. It helped her and she lost a few kgs of weight.
It will come as a surprise that B-Town’s gorgeous diva, Sonam Kapoor once has issues with her weight. Now, the actress follows a low-carb diet that is rich in protein. Reports state that she has divided her meals into five small meals. Sonam has her cheat days but makes sure to follow her diet on a routine basis.
