Post World Cup 2019, the reports of differences between Indian captain Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma are making round the corners. And seeing the burning issue between the two, now the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is concerned.

BCCI’s CEO Rahul Johri in an attempt to douse the fire will fly US. “In today’s age when support groups get involved, things can get messy. Both are mature individuals and things should be back on track after being spoken with,” a BCCI source revealed.

As per the reports, Head coach of team India, Ravi Shastri is also likely to be called in to reiterate the importance of dressing room atmosphere. Today, Indian team is to fly US where they are scheduled to play two T20I games against West Indies on 3rd and 4th in Florida and then will head to Carribean for rest of the tour. Head coach of the team will join the team after a couple of days. The reason behind their spoiled relations is the story of split captain ship.

However, Vinod Rai, a prominent BCCI administrator’s committee appointed by the Supreme Court on Friday, dismissed the news of the differences between the two. He said that all these things are being spread through the media. At the same time, as per the report, the board had spoken to the players about this matter and asked to give a message of solidarity.

It has been said in reference to a senior officer that the BCCI had spoken to the players about the matter and everything in the team is alright as the post was asked to write on social media.  In this report it has been said that Team India was defeated against England in the World Cup, and only after this, there was such an atmosphere and consternation started. The bowlers of the team had been made responding for the defeat.

According to the reports, it has been clearly claimed that everyone knows about the rift between Virat and Rohit and tried to fix it, but it did not happen.

As per another news agency, during World Cup the Indian team was playing in two groups.  There were Virat and Rohit’s group. The players of Rohit’s group had a grudge against Virat and coach Ravi Shastri’s decisions. Rohit had expressed his opposition on some team decisions, and from there on, the differences between the two went up.
