CBSE announces 2 board exams for the 2022 batch; Students flood Twitter with memes

The COVID-19 pandemic changed the face of board exams. While only some papers were cancelled for the batch of 2020, the batch of 2021 was relieved of giving all the papers. The board exams that were supposed to be held in March-July this year had to be cancelled due to the horrifying second wave of the virus which India was grappling with at the time.

Now CBSE has released a new policy for the batch of 2022. Looking at the situation regarding board exams for the past 2 years, CBSE has released its plans for 2022 well in advance. The batch of 2022 will face 2 board exams. The first in November-December (Term I) and the second in March-April (Term II). Both these exams will consist of 50% syllabus respective to each term.

The overall result of these two exams will determine the final result of the students. The papers for these examinations will be made by the board and sent to schools Students will write their exams under the supervision of external invigilators appointed by the CBSE. The duration of each exam will be 90 minutes.
