Former Team India cricketer Irfan Pathan recently enjoyed some quality time with his wife Safa Baig. The lovebirds went on a romantic trip to Russia and Irfan has shared some throwback moments. As of now, the former team India spearhead is self-isolating himself after getting infected by the ongoing health crisis.

A few days back, Irfan took to his social media handle to inform everyone that he has been tested positive. He also added that he has no symptoms and has decided to isolate himself at home.

In the video shared on Instagram, the former team India all-rounder can be seen recording the picturesque snow-covered lanes while his wife Safa strikes cute poses for the camera. We can also hear Irfan saying to his wife that the place is looking beautiful just like her.

The caption alongside the video reads, “Beautiful or creepy.. Throwback to the time we were in Russia (sic).” He accompanied the caption with the hashtag ‘Miss You’.

Seems like being in the self-isolation has made Irfan Pathan miss his wife a little more than ever. Fans have flooded the comment section with speedy recovery messages and they can’t wait to see the couple reunite.

Speaking of Irfan Pathan and Safa Baig’s love story, the latter earlier was a famous model in the Gulf countries. The duo happened to cross paths at a social gathering and there was an instant connection. Safa is around 10 years younger than Irfan but it didn’t stop them from falling for each other.

The couple dated each other for about two years before getting hitched on February 4, 2016. They welcomed their first child, a baby boy on December 20, 2016.
