Kareena Kapoor Shares Her Workout Picture Inspiring Netizens To Sweat It Out Even During Lockdown

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is among the most adored actresses of the B-Town. She is not only known for her acting skills but is also famous for her fashion statements and fitness regime. A month after delivering her second child, the actress resumed her work. She even hit the gym to shed the weight gained during her pregnancy.

Now, the lockdown measures have become strict forcing the gyms to shut down. As the gyms are closed many fitness enthusiasts people have opted to work out at home and Kareena Kapoor Khan is also among them.

The 3 Idiots movie actress shared her workout picture alongside an inspirational caption. She said that the lockdown cannot be an excuse to stop one’s workout session. Kareena posted a picture of her smartwatch on Instagram which shows that she has walked 5605 steps or 5.11 km since morning.

The caption alongside the picture reads, “Lockdown doesn’t mean giving up (sic).”

Owing to the rise in positive cases, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray has imposed lockdown-like restrictions starting from  April 14 8 PM till April 30. It is to break the chain of infection and curb the spread of the disease which has caused havoc in the city.

On February 21, 2021, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second child. The couple once again became parents to a baby boy. A while back, the actress shared a picture of her elder son Taimur Ali Khan, hubby Saif and the newest addition in the family playing together.

The picture garnered a lot of likes and comments but the actress didn’t show her newborn’s face making the netizens more curious. As of now, Saifeena is yet to announce the name of their newest little munchkin.

On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Aamir Khan will be sharing the screen space in Laal Singh Chaddha. The makers of the movie haven’t announced the release date yet.
