He was the man who Aman aids to impress Sweetu and ultimately, Shah Rukh Khan’s character Aman in the movie Kal Ho Na Ho even calls him as a “Chusa huya aam”, which entails a wrinkled mango.

The same Frankie is no more a wrinkled mango, and now he is a fitness trainer who owns a gym chain in Mumbai and has also helped Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor train for the movie Panipat. Frankie is also the one who trained Bollywood actor Aamir Khan for the movie Dangal.
It has been almost 16 years since he worked in the movie Kal Ho Na Ho and Dheepesh Bhat aka Shivoham has indeed undergone a great transformation so far. His looks have changed completely and will indeed make anyone drool with his chiselled physique. He is also the director and co-founder of Shivfit, which is a chain of cross fit trainnig centers in Mumbai.
Dheepesh Bhatt had helped Aamir Khan train for the movie Dangal and we can indeed see that amazing transformation of Aamir being an overweight man to the young wrestler that really wowed the fans, and it was all due to the help rendered by Shivoham. He also trained Arjun Kapoor for his movie Panipat and helped him make a huge transformation for the movie. The movie along with the physique of Arjun Kapoor was well appreciated.
