Superstar Shah Rukh Khan who was previously seen in Anand L Rai’s romantic drama ‘Zero’ in 2018, is good to go to make a stellar comeback to the silver screen with his most awaited action film Pathaan.
Today, Shah Rukh Khan took to his Instagram account to announce the release of his film’s trailer and wrote, “Mehemaan nawaazi ke liye #Pathaan aa raha hai, aur pataakhen bhi saath laa raha hai!”
The trailer promises a high octane action sequences where SRK will face John Abraham, the antagonist, who slays in a villain avatar. The movie, helmed by Siddharth Anand, features Deepika Padukone who sprinkles her charm, is also seen performing some actions of her own. Salman Khan, who is expected to feature in a special appearance in the movie, was missing from the trailer.
Pathaan is scheduled to be released in cinemas on 25 January 2022 in 3 Indian languages Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. It is helmed by Siddhart Anand.
Since the film was announced, the fans of the actor have been waiting that the makers to release the trailer of the movie with bated breath. While the film is grappled with controversies and keeps on confronting criticism on social media by a particular section of people, the audience, particularly SRK fans can’t keep their calm as they will witness the Shah Rukh magic on the silver screen after almost 5 years.
