Pregnant Sonam Kapoor shares her plan on staying healthy and fit during pregnancy; Actress reveals her diet

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor has recently broke the good news of expecting her first ever child with husband Anand Ahuja. Since then, the couple has been making headlines for various reasons. Post announcing her pregnancy, the actress also made first public appearance wherein she flaunted her baby bump, while looking beautiful as ever. Now, Sonam has opened up on her pregnancy journey.

In a conversation with Vogue, Neerja actor shared how tough the first three months of the pregnancy are. She stated, “Nobody tells you how it is. Everybody tells you how wonderful it is.”

Sharing her excitement on looking forward to new-phase of her life she said that she believes we are all here to change and better versions of our ownselves, that evolution is something she looks forward to.

Sonam is currently focusing on being healthy and fit as she is following a diet and doing yoga and weight training. She revealed that she had dosa for breakfast and is trying not be on some high-protein diet. She added, “Crash dieting is just not sustainable. If you want to carry another life within you, you have to respect your own.”

The actress announced her pregnancy with a bunch of monochrome pictures of her on Instagram.
