A nutritionist recently took to her social media to share her immunity-boosting chutney made with raw mangoes. To make it right way, you will need:

1 raw mango, 3 pods garlic, 2 inch ginger, 1/2 small onion, 1 small tomato, 1 tbsp anardana (pomegranate seeds), 10-15 fresh curry leaves, 4-5 fresh ajwain leaves, 5-6 fresh basil leaves, 1 cup fresh mint leaves, 1 cup fresh coriander leaves, 2-3 green chillies, salt.

To prepare the chutney, put all the ingredients inside the jar and blend it until the mixture becomes smooth. You can have 1-2 tablespoon of this chutney with your meals daily.

This chutney is a great option to quench your cravings when you want to eat something ‘Chatpata’. This chutney can complement your dinner table, lunch table and any time of the day.
