Priyanka Chopra Jonas is vocal for causes she believes in. The month of June is celebrated as Pride Month to honour the 1969 Stonewall Uprising that took place in Manhattan. Around this time, people participate in Pride marches, rallies and parades to honour the LGBTQIA+ community. Unfortunately owing to the ongoing pandemic, this year most of these events are taking place in a virtual space. However, this hasn’t diminished the spirit of Pride in any way.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to her Instagram handle to share a special message with her fans. The UN Goodwill Ambassador shared a clip where she explains what love means to her. The video is themed in Pride colours and gives out a strong message. She urged people to define what love meant to them and tag her in their posts.
In the caption of the video, Priyanka wrote, “Love is….Take a video sharing what love means to YOU and tag me so I can see! #HappyPrideMonth”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka has a few projects in her kitty now. The star is currently working on her upcoming web series Citadel, which is helmed by Russo Brothers. She also has projects in pipeline including Matrix 4 and Text For You.
