Raj Kundra case: Yash Thakur claims he was framed because he refused to pay extortion money

Yash Thakur aka Arvind Shrivastava when asked about the allegation on his name, refused and denied all the allegations in his name by the Mumbai police and claimed that he is made a victim of the extortion. A letter was sent to the Mumbai police through Thakur’s lawyer where he filed a plea to the magistrate court requesting forgetting his and his family member’s account unfreeze and activated.

As reported by TOI, Yash Thakur has claimed that he was getting extortion calls that were targeting his association with the Nuefliks company. Yash Thakur aka Arvind Srivastava says, “I was getting extortion class since January 2021. I told the caller that I am not the owner of the company and I cannot pay. I was threatened to be framed and later all this happened in February.”

The ongoing case of the whole pornographic1 case or Adult film racket has been now handed over to the  Mumbai Crime Branch cell by the Mumbai Police. On the ongoing investigation on the Raj Kundra, case police have been investigating through all the unsolved mysteries. Yash Thakur has been played a very important in the exchange of adult content.

Thakur has also accused the senior inspector of police who has arrested Raj Kundra is trying to drag him in the whole matter he is not even associate with. Thakur has been also allegedly involved in the distribution of 90 pornographic films in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh for the last two years.
