Salman Khan’s trainer Rakesh Udiyar discloses his fitness secret that has been conserved under wraps for years. Salman is the biggest fitness enthusiast. The Bollywood superstar has given so many blockbusters movies. He’s also a fitness idol for many. Rakesh Udiyar has been Salman Khan’s fitness trainer since 2010. Rakesh reveals several things about Salman’s fitness, as Salman would do cardio every day, he has been doing this exercise from a young age, he was also a national level swimmer.

During the interaction with Mid Day, Udiyar said that Salman started his day with an hour-long session before moving on to weight training. The Bollywood star also takes hiking sessions that last for two hours. Salman is also a conscious lifter as the actor faces restrictions due to his health conditions.

Rakesh also stated that Salman mainly concentrates on volume sets, which implies that he performs 10-12 variations of the exercise, performing five sets of each, and conducting 20 reps. The trainer, moreover, said that the phase was painful for the actor.

Rakesh Udiyar also shared an experience from the shooting of ‘Dabangg’ wherein the actor, along with Sonakshi Sinha and others, walked from Wai to Panchgani as they particularly focused on cardio.

On the work front, the actor will be next seen in Tiger 3.
