Shah Rukh Khan hosts consul general of several countries including France and Canada at Mannat

Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently busy shooting for Rajkummar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’, recently turned host for consul general of several countries including France and Canada at his residence Mannat. The pictures from their meet-up went viral on the internet in no time.

The actor was recently awarded Legion d’Honneur, which is France’s highest civilian award. SRK was awarded for his contribution to the cultural diversity across the world.

Canada’s Consul General in Mumbai Diedrah Kelly took to Twitter to share the pictures with King Khan. SRK can be seen sporting a blue t-shirt paired with denim jeans. Along with the pictures, the Canadian wrote, “I understand the charm that King Khan has on audiences across the.” Extending her thanks to the actor and his wife Gauri Khan, she added, “I look fwd to further strengthen ties & new co-production opportunities between Bollywood and the (Canadian) Film Industry.”

France’s Consul General of Mumbai, Jean-Marc Sere-Charlet also shared a picture with Khan on Twitter and wrote, “Delighted to meet in Mumbai a Knight of the highest (French) award, the Legion d’Honneur.”

On the work front, Khan will be next in Pathaan opposite Deepika Padukone. He also has Dunki and Atlee’s next in the pipeline.
