Without any doubt, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest personality in the industry. The Dhadkan star boasts of a well-toned and proper body shape.

Shilpa Shetty manages her fitness and body not just with exercise, but she also follows a strict diet along with a disciplined routine. Shilpa Shetty believes that one should always keep a check on what they eat, when they eat and how much they eat.

Apart from maintaining a healthy body and mind, Shilpa Shetty also keeps her hair shiny and strong through various methods. To ensure the fitness of the hair, Shilpa Shetty always keeps away the new age hair products and always follows her grandmother’s advice regarding the same.

In a recent interview, this Bollywood actress said that she follows her grandmother’s advice of soaking and eating almonds, figs and walnuts for maintaining the health of her hair.

She also eat chia seeds and flax seeds and at the same time, drinks a lot of coconut water. The actress admits that coconut water is one of her favorite drink.

Shilpa Shetty also revealed certain facts related to what fitness means to her and how she would like to want to look fit and healthy even at the age of 60. The actress said that she don’t work out and eat what she likes to look svelte and sexy. Shilpa Shetty said that she give importance to fitness as she would like to look at her best even at the age of 60. She considers this as one of her goals and she wants to be fit at 60 and also wants to look young at that age too.

The actress said that when people said that she looks the same, she is indeed on the right path. She said that her mantra is to drink more, breathe more and chew more.
