Shraddha Kapoor left everyone breathless with her stunning bikini body in her latest movie Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. Her fitness trainer and nutrition coach, Maahek Nair, who has been associated with Shraddha for over a decade now, has revealed the secret regime behind the actress’ razor sharp waistline.
Maahek shared that Shraddha has always been a lean girl and over the years they have been working together on building strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and balance. Sharing Shraddha’s workout routine, she stated to Money Control, ” We always begin with a five-minute meditation to set the mind for a great workout.” She added that it is followed by 5-minutes of foam rolling, 10 minutes static stretching and 10 minutes of mobility drills. The last activity in her workout is strength and endurance workouts along with gymnastics for 25 minutes and end the session with 5-minute meditation session.
During the film’s shooting in foreign countries such as Spain and Mauritius, Maahek revealed that their workout started as early as 5.30 am, despite the tight shooting schedule. Also, it was difficult as the heat would act as a challenge and make them thirsty and breathless, but they did manage to achieve their desired results.
Talking about Shraddha’s diet, Maahek revealed that the actress has recently turned vegetarian and starts her day with idli, dosa, kakdi chi bhakri, upma or daliya.
