Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 68th birthday recently. Wishes poured in for the leader from people across the globe. Athletes, Bollywood stars, fellow politicians, and common man wished him on Twitter. Akshay Kumar, Rishi Kapoor, Hima Das, Saurav Ganguly, Amitabh Bachchan, Amit Shah and Rahul Gandhi were some who greeted PM Modi and wished him health and happiness.
PM Modi visited his parliamentary constituency Varanasi to celebrate the special day. He paid a visit to the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple to seek blessings of Lord Shiva. He also went to a primary school in Narur Village to interact with the students.

People celebrated his birthday in unique ways. A group of women cut a large 68 kg cake of ladoos at the Azam Park in Lahurabir locailty.
In a really adventurous act. an Indian skydiver named Shital Mahajan jumped off of a plane from the height of 13,000 feet in Chicago. She was seen holding a playcard to wish PM Modi on his birthday.
