Squid Game’s domination didn’t end after it turned into Netflix’s most-watched series ever. Turns out, that terrifying gigantic doll has a “boyfriend,” and his name is Cheol-su.

As of now, there’s no date set for Season 2, however, Dong-hyuk told Vanity Fair it could be by the end of 2023 or 2024.

Squid Game Season 2 Cast

There was a lot (and we mean A LOT) of demise in Season 1, which makes for a very stripped-down cast going into Season 2. That means many new characters will have to be introduced in the forthcoming series. In the tweet above, Dong-hyuk let us know that the main character, Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae), aka Player 456, will be back, alongside game overseer “The Front Man” (Lee Byung-hun). Plus, “The man in the suit with ddakji might be back.” Whatever you do, don’t accept his offer to play!
