Superstar Amitabh Bachchan and popular director of the olden days Manmohan Desaiwere a much-loved pair. The duo has given several mega-hits to the Bollywood industry like Coolie, Mard, Toofan, Naseeb, and a lot more. The duo was definitely a hit professionally but they also had a great bond between them personally as friends.
There is a throwback video that proves just that. In the short clip which is originally from the documentary Amitabh Bachchan – The Living Legend, Amitabh Bachchan is in a playful mood and asks his friend Manmohan Desai to eat biscuits. The director refuses to even taste one and says he doesn’t like all these biscuits-viscuits. Bac of his reply and makes a playful case for his demand. He says “ispe likka hai yeh khane se picture chal jaati hai.” Desai replies with a savage argument “you need it.”
The funny and playful video is definitely a great memory both of them have. It is good to see throwback videos like this of Big B.
