There was a time when home was meant for resting and office or outside was meant for working, but since the table has turned and the work and home has infused into ‘Work from Home’, things are getting hectic for many people. They are feeling way too exhausted right at home which is causing them discomfort.

Quit hitting the snooze button when the alarm rings is the foundation of this hack. Once you snooze it, it often happens that right from the moment you get up, you need to shove your face on the laptop screen. That shouldn’t happen. Get up, get freshen up. Listen to some songs and have breakfast. Talk to your family and then after lighting up your mood, you can start working. It will help you to bring more productivity into your work.
Another tip is to avoid working on the bed. Select a table to work from, or even sofa for that matter. This way, when you come to bed even in between the breaks, your mind is able to think it can get some rest now, so it relaxes. Continuously sitting on bed will not bring the same feeling to your mind, hence you will face discomfort.
Get up often, do some light stretches, get some fresh air from the balcony and keep your mind lighter. It is very important to clear your clutter often, else your system will hang. These are very basic hacks to follow. Also, make sure to distinguish between your dining table and work table. When you eat, there shouldn’t be any stress on the same table.
