Karanvir Bohra is a popular face on Indian Television. He has entertained us in Shararat, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, Saubhagyavati Bhava, Qubool Hai and then in Naagin 2. He was being offered to participated in Bigg Boss for past 8 seasons, but he rejected it every time. However, this time, he has accepted the offer and would be a part of Bigg Boss season 12.
He said that the thought of being away from his daughters for such a long time is holding him back. While talking to a leading daily, he said, “Ohhhhh! Don’t remind me! I think that’s the one thing that is really holding me back. It is going to be the most difficult part of this journey – being away from them. How many firsts I am going to miss I don’t know. I am missing their second birthday as well.”
Karanvir shares a close relationship with Salman Khan’s parents. He said, “I think everybody knows Salman bhai! But honestly speaking, I am closer to Salim Uncle and Salma Aunty. I have a very respectful relationship with Salman Bhai. I think he’ll get to know me a little better through this show.”
On being asked about how will he survive in the house, he said, “The house is not about avoiding fights. It’s about how you react when you are put in the most stressful situations. The house tests you again and again. And when a fight is unavoidable it is, and it’s always better to stand up for what is right rather than shy away just because it could lead to an argument or a fight.”
Before Bigg Boss, Karanvir has participated in other reality shows as well which includes Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season 6 and Khatron Ke Khiladi. He was also seen in films like Kismat Konnection, Love Yoou Soniye etc. The 36-year-old actor made his acting debut in year 1990 with the film Tejaa.
