Coronavirus has been impacting the world and life. Lately, things appeared to be in control, and just when we thought 2022 was going to be slightly different, the COVID-19 cases witnessed a surge across the country. The tinsel town has been adversely affected by the virus as many film personalities tested positive for the deadly virus lately.
Recently as per latest updates, Sussane Khan and comedian Vir Das has tested positive for the novel virus. Both the personalities took to their respective Instagram handle to share and confirm news of contracting the virus.
Sussane posted a picture of herself in athleisure wear and via her caption, she stated that she has tested positive for Omicron variant of COVID-19. She captioned her pic, “After dodging Covid-19 for 2 years, In the 3 rd year of 2022 the stubborn Omicron variant has finally infiltrated my immune system.”
On the other hand, Vir posted note on her Instagram handle which read, “I’ve tested positive for Covid 19. Mild symptoms. Aches and a sore throat. Isolated at home.” The actor-comedian also joked about how he has three pillows and one quilt with him in the room, that may turn into six pillows and no quilts or 2 quilts, as he is seriously considering embroidery.
He also mentioned that he has come into contact with two people, and luckily they both have tested negative. He concluded his long note saying, “The point of all this is wear a mask and get boosted. Hope you and your family are safe.”
